Refund Policy

At Ineraa, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. Our focus on fabrics and dedication to delivering high-quality images and videos of our products aims to meet your expectations. However, if the measurements provided do not fit well, we have a straightforward refund policy.

NOTE:

  • Kindly note that items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers should note that the exchange and return policy can only be applied once for the same order number.
  • Please make a Video Clip or Photo of packing the product and share it with us when returning the product.
  • Please note that discounts and promotional offers are not applicable to items that are being exchanged or returned.
  • Returns and Exchanges are not accepted for accessories.
  • For international orders, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Size Exchange Preference: Our first preference is always a size exchange. If the size you require is available, we encourage you to opt for a size exchange. In the event that the desired size is not in stock, you may request to return the item for store credit only.

Return Process: If you choose to self-ship the package, please note that we do not cover postage fees for returns. Alternatively, you can request an easy pickup by leaving an email at help@ineraa.com or contacting us on our Whatsapp Business at +91 6239515429. The pickup procedure can be initiated with a direct payment to the company.

Timeline for Returns: Return or exchange requests must be made within 2 business days from the marked delivery date. We cannot accept returns or exchanges beyond 48 hours from the marked delivery date. If you self-ship the package to our Head-office, ensure it reaches us within 7 days from the registered return date. Exchanges cannot be processed after 7 days, and the exchange request will automatically be canceled.

Return Conditions: Returned items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, tagged, and free of perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains. Visibly worn items will be denied return. Please refrain from returning packages without prior approval.

Damaged or Defective Items: We are not responsible for items damaged after leaving our facility. Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 2 days of the marked delivery date. If deemed eligible for exchange after review, no refunds will be issued. To file a claim, email help@ineraa.com, including your name and order number.

Product Exchanges: Please note that we only facilitate size exchanges; we do not accept product exchanges. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding of our policy.
