At Ineraa, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction throughout your shopping journey. If, for any reason, your clothing item doesn't meet your expectations, our exchange policy is designed to ensure your contentment. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our exchange policy guidelines:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
  • Initiate the exchange request within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Please note that accessories, such as bracelets, earrings, belts, sunglasses, and handbags, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Note:

  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • The exchange and return policy applies once for the same order number.
  • Discounts and promotional offers are not applicable to exchanged or returned items.

Shipping and Handling

The exchange process involves two shipments:

  1. Sending the product to be exchanged: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for an exchange. Alternatively, we can arrange a pickup at an additional cost of Rs 250.

  2. Receiving the new product: Ineraa will cover the costs associated with shipping the exchanged product.

Exchange Process

  1. To initiate an exchange, please submit a request through our exchange portal.
  2. Our customer service team will respond with approval based on product availability and provide details such as the return address.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, verify its eligibility, and process the exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact our customer service team at help.ineraa@gmail.com immediately.
  • Provide relevant details and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
  • We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Timeframe for Exchange

Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days upon receiving the returned item.

Refund Policy

  • Our exchange policy does not offer cash refunds.
  • If you prefer not to exchange the item, we can issue you a store credit for the same value as the original purchase.

Ineraa reserves the right to modify or amend this exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
